Description
The Vollrath 3640710 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features four individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. With overall dimensions of 54-3/4"W x 26"D x 15"H, this unit is designed for wet operation only. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in a panel with a power indicator light for easy monitoring. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while individual drain shutoffs provide added convenience for maintenance. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes positioning clips for secure installation and operates at 2500 watts with a 208v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 12.0 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug. Designed for easy integration, the cutout size required is 54"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This product is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
