Description
The Vollrath 3640710HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features four individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20 gauge/316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and longevity. With overall dimensions of 54-3/4"W x 26"D x 15"H, this unit is designed for wet operation only. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in a panel with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange and individual drain shutoffs enhance usability and cleanliness. The 18 gauge stainless steel top and robust stainless steel exterior housing provide a sleek, professional appearance while ensuring durability. This unit operates at 2500 watts, requiring a 208v/60/1-ph power supply with a 12.0 amp draw, and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug. Positioning clips are included for easy installation. The cutout size required is 54"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. NSF and cULus certified, this product is proudly made in the USA.
