The Vollrath 3640711 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features four individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. The overall dimensions are 54-3/4"W x 26"D x 15"H, making it suitable for various kitchen layouts. This unit operates on a wet basis and includes individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel. A power indicator light provides clear visibility of the unit's operational status. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while individual drain shutoffs enhance ease of use and maintenance. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built for durability and longevity. It includes positioning clips for secure installation. With a power output of 4000 watts and compatibility with 208-240v/60/1-ph electrical systems, it operates at 14.4-16.7 amps and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-30P plug.
