Description
The Vollrath 3640760 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features four individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. With overall dimensions of 54-3/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is designed for wet operation only and includes an auto-fill feature for convenience. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls mounted in a user-friendly panel, allowing precise temperature management. A power indicator light provides clear visibility of the unit's operational status. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff ensures easy maintenance. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built for durability and longevity. It includes positioning clips for secure installation. With a power output of 2500 watts at 208v/60/1-ph and a current draw of 12.0 amps, it comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 54"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This unit is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
