The Vollrath 3640760HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features four individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from 20 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and excellent heat retention. With overall dimensions of 54-3/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is optimized for wet operation and includes an auto-fill feature for convenience. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls mounted in a panel, allowing precise temperature management. The unit also includes a power indicator light for easy monitoring and a drip-free flange to maintain a clean workspace. A 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff enhances functionality and ease of use. Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, the Vollrath 3640760HD is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It comes with positioning clips for secure installation and operates at 2500 watts, 208v/60/1-ph, drawing 12.0 amps.
