The Vollrath 3640771 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features four individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. With overall dimensions of 54-3/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is ideal for wet operation only. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in a panel with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain includes individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for easy maintenance. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes positioning clips for secure installation and operates at 4000 watts with a voltage range of 208-240V/60/1-ph, drawing 14.4-16.7 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-30P plug. Designed for commercial use, the Vollrath 3640771 is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
