Description
The Vollrath 3640771HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features four individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from 20 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and excellent heat retention. The overall dimensions are 54-3/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it suitable for various kitchen layouts. This unit operates on a wet system and includes individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in a panel with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff enhances functionality. Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, this hot food well unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It comes with positioning clips for easy installation. With a power output of 4000 watts and compatibility with 208-240v/60/1-ph electrical systems, it operates at 14.4-16.7 amps and includes a cord with NEMA 6-30P. The cutout size required is 54"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. NSF and cULus certified, this unit is proudly made in the USA.
