Description
The Vollrath 3640781 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service operations. It features four individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. With overall dimensions of 54-3/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is ideal for wet operation only. Key features include auto-fill functionality and individual thermostatic controls conveniently mounted in the panel, allowing precise temperature management for each well. The power indicator light provides easy monitoring, while the drip-free flange minimizes mess during service. The unit is equipped with a 1" copper manifold drain, complete with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for efficient drainage. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built for durability and longevity. It includes positioning clips for secure installation and operates at 4000 watts with a voltage range of 208-240V/60/1-ph, drawing between 14.4 to 16.7 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-30P plug. Designed for commercial use, the Vollrath 3640781 is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
