The Vollrath 3640810 Hot Food Well Unit is an electric, drop-in solution designed for efficient food service. It features five individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20 gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention. With overall dimensions of 68"W x 26"D x 15"H, this unit is designed for wet operation only. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in a panel with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange and individual drain shutoffs enhance usability and cleanliness. The top is constructed from robust 18 gauge stainless steel, while the exterior housing is made from 18 gauge galvanized steel for added durability. This unit operates at 3125 watts, requiring a 208v/60/1-ph power supply and drawing 15.0 amps. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-20P plug. Positioning clips are included for easy installation. The cutout size required is 67-1/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. NSF and cULus certified, this product is proudly made in the USA.
