Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls conveniently mounted in the panel, allowing for precise temperature adjustments. The unit includes a power indicator light for easy monitoring and features a drip-free flange to maintain a clean serving area. Individual drain shutoffs enhance usability and maintenance. Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, this unit is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It comes with positioning clips for secure installation and operates at 3125 watts with a power requirement of 208v/60/1-ph and 15.0 amps, featuring a cord with NEMA 6-20P plug.
