The Vollrath 3640811 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features five individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. With overall dimensions of 68"W x 26"D x 15"H, this unit is designed for wet operation only. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel along with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange minimizes mess, while individual drain shutoffs provide easy maintenance. The unit's top is constructed from 18-gauge stainless steel, complemented by an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing for enhanced durability. With a powerful output of 5000 watts and operating at 208-240v/60/1-ph, the unit draws between 18-20.8 amps and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-30P plug. It includes positioning clips for secure installation and has a cutout size of 67-1/4"W x 25-1/4"D, requiring a 7/8" corner radius. This product is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
