It features five individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from 20 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and excellent heat retention. The overall dimensions are 68"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it suitable for various kitchen layouts. This unit operates on a wet system and includes individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel along with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff enhances functionality. Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, the Vollrath 3640850HD is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It comes with positioning clips for easy installation and operates at 3125 watts, requiring a 208v/60/1-ph power supply with a 15.0 amp draw. The unit includes a cord with NEMA 6-20P plug and meets NSF and cULus standards, ensuring safety and reliability. The cutout size required for installation is 67-1/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius.
