The Vollrath 3640870 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features five individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. With overall dimensions of 68"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is ideal for wet operation, allowing for seamless integration into your food preparation area. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, and a power indicator light provides easy monitoring. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain includes individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for convenient maintenance. The top is constructed from 18-gauge stainless steel, and the exterior housing is made from 18-gauge galvanized steel for enhanced durability. This unit operates at 3125 watts, requiring a 208v/60/1-ph power supply with a 15.0 amp draw, and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-20P plug. Positioning clips are included for secure installation. The cutout size required is 67-1/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. NSF and cULus certified, this product is proudly made in the USA, ensuring high-quality standards.
