This unit operates with wet heat only and includes individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in a panel with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff enhances functionality. Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It comes with positioning clips for easy installation and operates at 5000 watts, compatible with 208-240v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 18-20.8 amps.
