The Vollrath 3640880 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features five individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. The overall dimensions are 68"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it suitable for various kitchen layouts. This unit operates on a wet system and includes an auto-fill feature for convenience. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls, allowing precise temperature management, and a power indicator light for easy monitoring. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff ensures efficient drainage. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built for durability and longevity. It comes with positioning clips for secure installation. With a power output of 3125 watts at 208v/60/1-ph and 15.0 amps, it is designed for high-volume use. The unit includes a cord with NEMA 6-20P plug and meets NSF and cULus standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The cutout size required for installation is 67-1/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius.
