It features five individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from 20 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and excellent heat retention. With overall dimensions of 68"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is optimized for wet operation and includes an auto-fill feature for convenience. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls mounted in a user-friendly panel, allowing precise temperature management. The unit also includes a power indicator light for easy monitoring and a drip-free flange to maintain a clean serving area. The 1" copper manifold drain system features individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for efficient drainage. Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, the Vollrath 3640880HD is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It comes with positioning clips for secure installation and operates at 3125 watts with a 208v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 15.0 amps. The unit includes a cord with NEMA 6-20P plug and meets NSF and cULus standards. The required cutout size for installation is 67-1/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius.
