The Vollrath 3640901 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance, drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features six individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. With overall dimensions of 81-1/4"W x 26"D x 15"H, this unit is designed for wet operation only. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in a panel with a power indicator light for easy monitoring. The drip-free flange minimizes mess, while individual drain shutoffs enhance usability. The top is constructed from 18-gauge stainless steel, providing durability and ease of cleaning, and the exterior housing is made from 18-gauge galvanized steel for added strength. This unit operates at 5000 watts and is compatible with 208-240V/60/1-phase power, drawing between 21.6 to 25 amps. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-50P plug for straightforward installation. Positioning clips are included for secure placement. The cutout size required is 80-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. NSF and cULus certified, this product is proudly made in the USA.
