With overall dimensions of 81-1/4"W x 26"D x 15"H, this unit is optimized for wet operation. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, complemented by a power indicator light for easy monitoring. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while individual drain shutoffs enhance convenience during cleaning. The 18-gauge stainless steel top and robust stainless steel exterior housing provide a sleek, professional appearance. This unit operates at 5000 watts and is compatible with 208-240V/60/1-phase power, drawing between 21.6 to 25 amps. It includes a cord with a NEMA 6-50P plug for straightforward installation.
