The Vollrath 3640910 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features six individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. With overall dimensions of 81-1/4"W x 26"D x 15"H, this unit is ideal for wet operation, making it perfect for keeping food warm during service. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in a panel with a power indicator light for easy monitoring. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while individual drain shutoffs enhance usability. The top is constructed from 18-gauge stainless steel, providing durability and ease of cleaning, and the exterior housing is made from 18-gauge galvanized steel for added strength. This unit operates at 3750 watts and requires a 208v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 18.0 amps. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-30P plug for straightforward installation. Positioning clips are included for secure placement. The cutout size required for installation is 80-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. NSF and cULus certified, this product is proudly made in the USA.
