The Vollrath 3640911 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features six individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. With overall dimensions of 81-1/4"W x 26"D x 15"H, this unit is ideal for wet operation only. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in a panel with a power indicator light for easy monitoring. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while individual drain shutoffs enhance usability. The unit's top is constructed from 18-gauge stainless steel, and the exterior housing is made from 18-gauge galvanized steel for durability. With a powerful output of 6000 watts and operating at 208-240v/60/1-ph, the unit draws between 21.6 to 25.0 amps. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-50P plug for easy installation. Positioning clips are included for secure placement. The cutout size required for installation is 80-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This unit is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
