The Vollrath 3640950HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service operations. It features six individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from 20 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and excellent heat retention. The overall dimensions are 81-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it suitable for a variety of setups. This unit operates on a wet basis and includes individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel along with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff enhances functionality and ease of use. Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, this hot food well unit is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It comes with positioning clips for secure installation. With a power output of 3750 watts, it operates at 208v/60/1-ph and draws 18.0 amps, equipped with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-30P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 80-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This unit is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
