The Vollrath 3640960 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features six individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. The overall dimensions are 81-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it suitable for various kitchen layouts. This unit operates on a wet system and includes an auto-fill feature for convenience. Each well has individual infinite controls mounted in the panel, allowing precise temperature adjustments. A power indicator light provides clear visibility of the unit's operational status. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff enhances functionality. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built for durability and easy maintenance. It includes positioning clips for secure installation. With a power output of 3750 watts at 208v/60/1-ph and 18.0 amps, it is equipped with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-30P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 80-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This product is NSF and cULus certified and proudly made in the USA.
