With overall dimensions of 81-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is ideal for wet operation only. Key features include auto-fill functionality and individual thermostatic controls conveniently mounted in the panel, allowing precise temperature management for each well. The power indicator light provides easy monitoring, while the drip-free flange minimizes mess. A 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff enhances usability and maintenance. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built for durability and longevity. It includes positioning clips for secure installation and operates at 6000 watts with a 208v/60/1-ph power requirement, drawing 18.0 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-30P plug. Designed for commercial kitchens, the cutout size required is 80-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius.
