The Vollrath 3640981 Hot Food Well Unit is an electric drop-in solution designed for efficient food service. It features six individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention. With overall dimensions of 81-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit operates on a wet system and includes an auto-fill feature for convenience. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls mounted in a user-friendly panel, allowing precise temperature management. The power indicator light provides clear visibility of the unit's operational status. A drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain includes individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for easy maintenance. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built for durability and longevity. It comes with positioning clips for secure installation. With a powerful output of 6000 watts and compatibility with 208-240V/60/1-ph electrical systems, it operates at 21.6-25.0 amps and includes a cord with NEMA 6-50P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 80-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This unit is NSF and cULus certified and proudly made in the USA.
