The Vollrath 3640981HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features six individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from 20 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and excellent heat retention. With overall dimensions of 81-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is ideal for wet operation only. Key features include auto-fill functionality and individual thermostatic controls conveniently mounted in the panel, allowing precise temperature management for each well. The power indicator light provides easy monitoring, while the drip-free flange minimizes mess. A 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff enhances usability and maintenance. The unit is constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. It includes positioning clips for secure installation. With a power output of 6000 watts and compatibility with 208-240v/60/1-ph electrical systems, it operates at 21.6-25.0 amps and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-50P plug. This product is NSF and cULus certified and proudly made in the USA. The cutout size required for installation is 80-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius.
