The Vollrath 3646661 Hot Food Well Unit is a reliable drop-in electric solution designed for efficient food service. Featuring a single 12" x 20" insulated well made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, this unit ensures optimal heat retention for your dishes. With overall dimensions of 15"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, it is designed for wet operation only and includes an auto-fill feature for convenience. The unit is equipped with an infinite control mounted in the panel, allowing precise temperature adjustments, and a power indicator light for easy monitoring. Its drip-free flange minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with well and manifold shutoff provides effective drainage. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this hot food well is built for durability and longevity. It includes positioning clips for secure installation and operates at 1000 watts with a 120v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 8.3 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug.
