Description
The Vollrath 3646661HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features a single 12" x 20" insulated well made from 20-gauge 316 marine-grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The overall dimensions are 15"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it suitable for wet operation only. This unit includes an auto-fill feature for convenience and an infinite control mounted in the panel for precise temperature management. A power indicator light provides easy monitoring of the unit's status. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with well shutoff and manifold shutoff enhances functionality. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, this hot food well unit is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It comes with positioning clips for easy installation. With a power output of 1000 watts at 120v/60/1-ph and 8.3 amps, it includes a cord with NEMA 5-15P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 14-1/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This unit is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
