Description
The Vollrath 3646760HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance, drop-in electric solution designed for efficient food service. Featuring a single 12" x 20" insulated well made from 20-gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, this unit ensures durability and optimal temperature retention. With overall dimensions of 15"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, it is designed for wet operation only and includes an auto-fill feature for convenience. The unit is equipped with an infinite control mounted in the panel, allowing precise temperature adjustments, and a power indicator light for easy monitoring. Its drip-free flange minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with well shutoff and manifold shutoff enhances functionality. The 18-gauge stainless steel top and stainless steel exterior housing provide a sleek and robust design. This unit includes positioning clips for secure installation and operates at 625 watts with a voltage of 208v/60/1-ph, drawing 3.0 amps. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 14-1/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. NSF and cULus certified, this product is proudly made in the USA.
