Description
The Vollrath 36468 is a versatile 4-Series Signature Server® Bain Marie Hot Food Station designed for efficient food service. Measuring 74"W x 28"D x 30"H, it features a 5-pan capacity for ample food storage. This unit operates in both wet and dry modes, allowing for flexibility in food presentation. The single dial thermostat control ensures precise temperature management, powered by a robust 625-watt heating element. Constructed with an 18/300 series stainless steel one-piece top and an 18/400 series stainless steel enclosed base, it offers durability and easy maintenance. A convenient drain hose is located on the operator side for quick cleanup. The unit is equipped with 4" swivel casters with brakes for easy mobility and stability. It includes a cord and plug for immediate use and is cULus certified, proudly made in the USA.
