The Vollrath 3647180 Hot Food Well Unit is a reliable drop-in electric solution designed for efficient food service. Featuring a single 12" x 20" insulated well made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, this unit is optimized for wet operation. Its overall dimensions are 15"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it a compact addition to your kitchen setup. Equipped with an auto-fill system and a thermostatic control panel, this unit ensures precise temperature management. The power indicator light provides easy monitoring, while the drip-free flange minimizes mess. A 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff enhances convenience and maintenance. The top is constructed from 18-gauge stainless steel, ensuring durability, while the exterior housing is made from 18-gauge galvanized steel for added strength. The unit includes positioning clips for easy installation. With a power output of 625 watts at 240v/60/1-ph and a current draw of 2.6 amps, it comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug. Designed for a cutout size of 14-1/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a required 7/8" corner radius, this unit meets NSF and cULus standards and is proudly made in the USA.
