The Vollrath 3647260HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features two 12" x 20" insulated wells made from 20 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and excellent heat retention. With overall dimensions of 28-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is designed for wet operation only and includes an auto-fill feature for convenience. Individual infinite controls are mounted in the panel, allowing precise temperature adjustments for each well. A power indicator light provides clear visibility of the unit's operational status. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff enhances functionality. Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, this unit is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It includes positioning clips for easy installation and operates at 1250 watts with a 240v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 5.2 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug.
