The Vollrath 3647370 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. The overall dimensions are 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it a compact solution for various food service environments. This unit operates in wet conditions and is equipped with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel alongside a power indicator light. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain includes individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for easy maintenance. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. It includes positioning clips for secure installation and operates at 1875 watts with a 240v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 7.8 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug. Designed for easy integration, the cutout size required is 40-3/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius.
