Description
The Vollrath 36474 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service operations. It features four individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. With overall dimensions of 54-3/4"W x 26"D x 15"H, this unit is designed for wet operation only. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in a panel with a power indicator light for easy monitoring. The drip-free flange minimizes mess, while individual drain shutoffs enhance usability and maintenance. The unit's top is constructed from 18-gauge stainless steel, providing durability and ease of cleaning, and the exterior housing is made from 18-gauge galvanized steel for added strength. This unit operates at 2500 watts and requires a 240V/60/1-phase power supply, drawing 10.4 amps. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug for straightforward installation. The cutout size required for installation is 54"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. The Vollrath 36474 is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
