The Vollrath 3647470HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service operations. It features four individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from 20 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and excellent heat retention. The overall dimensions are 54-3/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, with a cutout size of 54"W x 25-1/4"D and a required 7/8" corner radius. This unit operates on a wet basis and includes individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel with a power indicator light for easy monitoring. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain features individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for efficient drainage. Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, this hot food well unit is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It includes positioning clips for secure installation and operates at 2500 watts, 240v/60/1-ph, drawing 14.0 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug and is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
