Description
The Vollrath 3647480HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features four individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from 20 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and excellent heat retention. With overall dimensions of 54-3/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is optimized for wet operation and includes an auto-fill feature for convenience. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls mounted in a user-friendly panel, allowing precise temperature management. The unit also includes a power indicator light for easy monitoring and a drip-free flange to maintain a clean workspace. The 1" copper manifold drain system features individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for efficient drainage. Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It comes with positioning clips for secure installation. With a power output of 2500 watts at 240v/60/1-ph and a current draw of 10.4 amps, it is designed for high efficiency.
