It features five individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. With overall dimensions of 68"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is ideal for wet operation only. Key features include an auto-fill system and individual infinite controls conveniently mounted in the panel, allowing for precise temperature management. A power indicator light provides clear visibility of the unit's operational status. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff enhances functionality. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built for durability and longevity. It includes positioning clips for easy installation and operates at 3125 watts with a 240v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 13.0 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-20P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 67-1/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius.
