The Vollrath 3647650 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features six individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. With overall dimensions of 81-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is designed for wet operation only. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in a panel with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain includes individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for easy maintenance. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes positioning clips for secure installation and operates at 3750 watts, requiring a 240v/60/1-ph power supply with 15.6 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-20P plug. Designed for easy integration, the cutout size required is 80-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This product is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
