Description
The Vollrath 3647680HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features six individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from 20 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and excellent heat retention. The overall dimensions are 81-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it suitable for wet operation only. This unit includes an auto-fill feature and individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in a panel with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff enhances functionality. Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, the unit is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It comes with positioning clips for easy installation. With a power output of 3750 watts at 240v/60/1-ph and 15.6 amps, it is equipped with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-20P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 80-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This product is NSF and cULus certified and proudly made in the USA.
