The Vollrath 36501208 is an electric hot food well unit designed for efficient food service operations. This drop-in Bain Marie features a top mount design with a two-pan capacity, ideal for wet operation. It includes thermostatic control that can be operated directly on the unit or remotely with a 48" control cord for added flexibility. The unit is fully insulated to maintain optimal temperatures, while the stainless steel top and interior liner ensure durability and easy cleaning. The galvanized exterior housing provides additional strength and resistance to corrosion. A 1" drain with a ball valve shut-off allows for convenient water management. Operating at 208 volts, 1 phase, with a power output of 1250 watts and 6 amps, it comes equipped with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug.
