Description
The Vollrath 3664020 is an electric drop-in hot food well unit designed for efficient food service. This short-sided model accommodates two full-size pans, allowing for a narrow presentation and easy access. It features thermostatic controls for precise temperature management and a manifold drain for convenient cleanup. With a power output of 1250 watts at 120V/60/1-ph and 10.4 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug for easy connectivity. Constructed from durable 18/8 stainless steel, this unit includes thick polyurethane foam insulation to maintain optimal temperatures. The full perimeter drip edge helps contain spills, while a drain plug is included for added convenience. The overall dimensions are 45-1/2" x 18", with cutout dimensions of 44-11/16" x 17-1/4" and a 7/8" corner radius. The well size measures 20" x 12" with an 8" deep well, making it ideal for various food items. This product is UL, CUL, and NSF certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards.
