The Vollrath 3664020HD is a high-performance drop-in hot food well unit designed for efficient food service. This short-sided model accommodates two full-size pans, allowing for a narrow presentation and easy access. Equipped with thermostatic controls, it ensures precise temperature management for optimal food holding. With a powerful 1250 watts and operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 10.4 amps, this unit is designed for reliable performance. The NEMA 5-15P plug ensures compatibility with standard outlets. The 18 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel top and stainless steel exterior housing provide durability and resistance to corrosion, making it ideal for commercial environments. The thick polyurethane foam insulation enhances energy efficiency, while the full perimeter drip edge helps contain spills. A convenient drain plug is included for easy maintenance. The overall dimensions are 45-1/2" x 18", with cutout dimensions of 44-11/16" x 17-1/4" and a 7/8" corner radius.
