Description
The Vollrath 3664220 is an electric drop-in hot food well unit designed for efficient food service. This short-sided model accommodates three full-size pans, allowing for a narrow presentation and easy access. It features thermostatic controls for precise temperature management and a manifold drain for convenient cleanup. With a power output of 1875 watts at 120V/60/1-ph and 15.6 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 5-20P plug for compatibility. Constructed from durable 18/8 stainless steel, the unit includes thick polyurethane foam insulation to maintain optimal temperatures. The full perimeter drip edge helps contain spills, while the included drain plug simplifies maintenance. The overall dimensions are 66-7/8" x 18", with cutout dimensions of 66-1/16" x 17-1/4" and a 7/8" corner radius. The well size measures 20" x 12" with an 8" deep well, ensuring ample space for food storage. This unit is UL, CUL, and NSF certified, and proudly made in the USA.
