The Vollrath 36643 Hot Food Well Unit is a drop-in electric solution designed for efficient food service. Constructed from durable 18/8 stainless steel, the unit includes thick polyurethane foam insulation to maintain optimal food temperatures. A full perimeter drip edge helps contain spills, while a drain plug is included for convenience.
