Description
The Vollrath 36644 Hot Food Well Unit is an electric drop-in solution designed for efficient food service. This short-sided unit accommodates four full-size pans, allowing for a narrow presentation and easy access. It features thermostatic controls for precise temperature management and standard drains for hassle-free maintenance. With a powerful 2500 watts and operating at 120v/60/1-ph, it draws 20.8 amps and is equipped with a NEMA 5-30P plug. Constructed from durable 18/8 stainless steel, the unit is insulated with thick polyurethane foam to maintain optimal temperatures. The full perimeter drip edge helps contain spills, while the included drain plug simplifies cleanup. The overall dimensions are 88-1/4" x 18", with cutout dimensions of 87-1/2" x 17-1/4" and a 7/8" corner radius. Each well measures 20" x 12" with an 8" depth, making it ideal for a variety of food items. This unit is UL, CUL, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
