Description
The Vollrath 3664530HD is a high-performance drop-in hot food well unit designed for efficient food service. This electric unit features a short-sided design that accommodates four full-size pans, allowing for a more narrow presentation and easy access. With infinite controls and an autofill system, it ensures consistent temperature maintenance and convenience during service. Operating at 2500 watts and 120V/60/1-ph, this unit draws 20.8 amps and is equipped with a NEMA 5-30P plug for easy connectivity. The well size measures 20" x 12" with an 8" deep capacity, providing ample space for various food items. Constructed from 18 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, the top is durable and resistant to corrosion, while the stainless steel exterior housing adds to its longevity. The unit features thick polyurethane foam insulation for optimal heat retention and a full perimeter drip edge to contain spills. A drain plug is included for easy cleaning and maintenance.
