The Vollrath 3664620 is a high-performance electric hot food well unit designed for efficient food service. This drop-in model features a short-sided design that accommodates two full-size pans turned sideways, allowing for a more compact presentation and easy access. Equipped with thermostatic controls, it ensures precise temperature management for optimal food holding. With a powerful output of 2000 watts and operating at 208-240V/60/1-ph, this unit draws between 7.2 to 8.3 amps and comes with a NEMA 6-15P plug for easy connectivity. The well size measures 20" x 12" with an 8" depth, providing ample space for your culinary creations. Constructed from durable 18/8 stainless steel, the unit features thick polyurethane foam insulation for enhanced energy efficiency. A full perimeter drip edge helps contain spills, while a drain plug is included for easy maintenance. The overall dimensions are 45-1/2" x 18", with cutout dimensions of 44-11/16" x 17-1/4" and a 7/8" corner radius.
