The Vollrath 3664630 is an electric drop-in hot food well unit designed for efficient food service. This short-sided model accommodates two full-size pans turned sideways, allowing for a more compact presentation and easy access. It features precise thermostatic controls for optimal temperature management and an autofill system with a manifold drain for hassle-free operation. With a power output of 2000 watts and compatibility with 208-240V/60/1-ph electrical systems, it operates at 7.2-8.3 amps and includes a NEMA 6-15P plug. Constructed from durable 18/8 stainless steel, this unit is insulated with thick polyurethane foam to maintain heat effectively. The full perimeter drip edge helps contain spills, while the included drain plug simplifies cleaning. The overall dimensions are 45-1/2" x 18", with cutout dimensions of 44-11/16" x 17-1/4" and a 7/8" corner radius.
