The Vollrath 3664630HD is a high-performance drop-in hot food well unit designed for efficient food service. This electric unit features a short-sided design that accommodates two full-size pans turned sideways, allowing for a more compact presentation and easy access. Equipped with thermostatic controls, it ensures precise temperature management for optimal food holding. With a powerful output of 2000 watts and operating at 208-240V/60/1-ph, it draws between 7.2 to 8.3 amps, making it suitable for various kitchen setups. The unit includes an autofill feature and a manifold drain for hassle-free maintenance. Constructed from 18 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, the top is durable and resistant to corrosion, while the stainless steel exterior housing adds to its longevity.
