With infinite controls, you can easily adjust the temperature to suit your needs. Featuring a robust 2000 watts power output and operating at 208-240V/60/1-ph with a current draw of 7.2-8.3 amps, this unit is equipped with a NEMA 6-15P plug for easy installation. The well dimensions of 20" x 12" and an 8" deep well provide ample space for your food items, while the 18/8 stainless steel construction ensures durability and easy maintenance. The thick polyurethane foam insulation helps maintain optimal temperatures, and the full perimeter drip edge prevents spills. A standard drain and drain plug are included for convenient cleaning.
