With infinite controls, you can precisely adjust the temperature to keep your dishes at the perfect serving temperature. Constructed from durable 18/8 stainless steel, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes thick polyurethane foam insulation for optimal heat retention and energy efficiency. The full perimeter drip edge helps contain spills, while the included drain plug simplifies cleanup.
